In this session, you will:

Assess yourself whether you have the current traits of a design thinker and discover as a group whether you can complement different types of design thinkers.

Identify the framework of the design thinking plan and its characteristics with speed within 1.5 hours

In this session, you will:

Understand customers / users through interviews and create meaningful profiles with templates such as Personas and Empathy Map. You will discover insights just by stepping into the shoes of the customer and their life stories.

In this session, you will:

Define clear project and business objectives using insights gathered from the customers using key business deliverables such as the Design Brief and User Requirements. Creating a clear problem statement will be key to develop good and meaningful solutions to the customers

Ideate Phase

Action Plan – Ideate (Divergence)

The purpose of ideation is to create choices. The divergent and explorative thinking cap has to be on in order to create as many solutions to a problem as possible- it could be either initial exploration or pushing boundaries.

You may have a lot of ideas on your plate. The key to moving forward with good and informed solutions is to know how to converge. Remember, the key objective of ideation is that ONE good idea or solution.

A prototype is an early-stage model or visual of a product/service built to be tested or as a thing to be learned from or refined. This is the most fun part and you can use absolutely anything to build it.
